Workout done

Clocking in -
Early morning session - 5.55 am - 7.10 am
40 minutes of cardio
30 minutes abs and side stretches

Breakfast -
1 cup of wheat porridge with 1 cup yogurt

Need to remember to drink plenty of water today.
Green tea is an excellent fat burner as well as it speeds up metabolism. S & I have both taken to drinking a cup a day by simply replacing one of the two chai times with green tea. (Tetley's has good ones at Rs.25/10 bags)
